With a rich background on commercial vessels, particularly within the tourism sector of the Whitsundays, Deb brings with her a diverse wealth of knowledge and experience.
Spanning over three decades, Deb's maritime journey encompasses a wide range of vessels, from majestic tall ships and maxi yachts to specialised dive boats and expeditions into the Antarctic.
Her extensive experience has honed her abilities to craft and execute tailored training programs for clients, underpinned by a steadfast commitment to safety protocols and compliance standards.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Deb's passion extends to actively engaging in local marine conservation initiatives, where she volunteers for various projects. Her multifaceted skill set extends to navigating grant processes, spearheading Eco certification applications, conducting education and interpretation training for staff, as well as data entry and project management.
